How do I book a cleaning?

You can call 226.270.5100, or book directly through our website in just a few clicks on www.supermaids.com/booking. Select your service, choose a date/time that works best for you, and receive instant confirmation.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. Our cleaners bring all the necessary supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you’d like us to use (e.g., eco-friendly brands or allergy-safe solutions), let us know in advance and we’ll accommodate.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes. Every Super Maids cleaner is fully vetted, background-checked, and carries insurance for your peace of mind.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It’s up to you! Many customers prefer to provide access instructions so they can enjoy returning to a freshly cleaned home. Others like to be present — whichever you prefer works for us.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something wasn’t done to your expectations, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right with a free touch-up or appropriate resolution.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee to fairly compensate your cleaner.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

All payments are handled securely online at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards. No cash is needed — it’s all seamless and contactless.

Should I tip my cleaner?

Tips are not required but always appreciated. You can add a tip when you book, or provide one in cash directly to your cleaner.

What happens if my cleaner needs more time?

If the job takes longer than the booked time (for example, in a Deep Clean or first-time clean), we’ll notify you right away and confirm any extra time with you before continuing.

Do you bring eco-friendly products?

Yes, we offer green/eco-friendly cleaning products upon request. Just let us know when booking.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve London and surrounding area. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, contact us and we’ll confirm.

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Yes! Many customers choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings to keep their homes consistently fresh. Recurring bookings come with a discount.

How long will my cleaning take?

The duration depends on the size of your home and type of service. For example, a Standard Clean of a 2-bedroom home typically takes about 3–3.5 hours.

What safety precautions do your cleaners take?

Our cleaners follow strict hygiene protocols, including hand hygiene and sanitizing equipment. If you have specific safety concerns, please let us know and we’ll tailor accordingly.
