During the winter months, weather conditions in Ontario can occasionally make travel or access unsafe.
Our goal is to handle these situations fairly and consistently for everyone.

Customers are responsible for ensuring driveways, walkways, and entry paths are safely cleared of snow and ice
prior to the cleaner’s arrival.
If a cleaner arrives and cannot safely access the home due to unshoveled driveways, icy steps, or unsafe conditions,
the appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
In such cases, a $50 Cleaner Time Protection Fee may apply to cover the reserved time.
If weather or road conditions make it unsafe for cleaners to travel, Super Maids may reschedule appointments to a later time or date.
We’ll notify you as early as possible by text or email.
No cancellation fee will apply when Super Maids initiates the reschedule for safety reasons
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid a $50 Late Cancellation Fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows unrelated to weather safety will still incur the standard fee.
Please allow up to one hour of flexibility on either side of your scheduled start time.
Cleaners may experience minor delays when travelling between appointments due to weather or traffic conditions.
We’ll always do our best to keep your booking as scheduled and to communicate promptly about any changes.
